There are a couple ways to determine your grip size. First, while holding a tennis racquet, with your palm against the same bevel as the string face, you should be able to fit the index finger of your other hand in the space between your ring finger and the palm of the hand holding the racquet. Your finger should fit comfortable between the two. If there is not enough space for your finger then the grip is too small. If there is too much space then the grip is too large.
A second way to measure is with a ruler. With the palm of your hand open, fingers extended and close together, measure the length from the bottom lateral crease of your palm (between the thumb and index finger) to the tip of your ring finger.
If you are between 2 grips sizes, it is recommended that you go with the smaller size. It is easier to increase the size of handle than it is to reduce it.
